Peter J. Taurinskas
Financial Manager, CEP®

Mr. Taurinskas is unique in that he is dual licensed and can provide his clients with investment advice as both an investment advisor AND a broker. Mr. Taurinskas will work in your best interest at all times no matter what your investment goals and objectives are. His team of professionals includes Certified Financial Planners(CFPs), Certified Financial Analysts(CFAs), Certified Public Accountants(CPAs) and Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorneys.

Be aware that many corporate franchise brokers select the products of their company’s inventory before considering their client’s needs and they may sell products that benefit the broker and the company they work for more than their customers. As an independent investment advisor and broker, Mr. Taurinskas works for his clients not a company. He represents many different companies and can choose the best companies for his clients.

He is an active speaker on leadership and making sound financial decisions. He conducts presentations to small businesses and individuals on effective leadership and the essentials of maximizing retirement income, managing risk, accumulating and safeguarding assets, and transferring wealth tax efficiently to loved ones. Mr. Taurinskas has been an active volunteer with local service agencies for over 30 years. He is also a past president and the past Club Service Chairperson for the local Rotary Club. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. Mr. Taurinskas has passed the Series 7, 63 and 66 exams and the Life and Health Insurance exam. He has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years. Mr. Taurinskas received the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Five Star Wealth Manager Award for his exceptional skills and dedication in the Twin Cities!

Our mission is to provide the families we serve with innovative strategies, solutions, and planning that result in clarity and security. Our network of professionals produces quality results for individuals and families by connecting them with experienced tax, financial, and estate planning practitioners

COMPLIMENTARY FINANCIAL ANALYSIS:We will provide you with a complimentary third party analysis or “report card” of your investments to ensure you have the highest quality investments available and help identify your strengths and weaknesses. The analysis addresses 5 key areas you should know which are: Ratings (1-5 stars), Fees/Expenses (commissions, loads, internal fees, expense ratios, etc.), Performance (compared to benchmarks), Risk Exposure (Risk vs. Reward- Are you receiving the reward for the level of risk you are taking?), and Allocation (Do your funds have the same holdings?). The results often indicate investors have hidden fees and expenses, as well as, greater risk with lower average returns compared to comparable benchmarks. We will show you ways to improve the quality of your investments by reducing risk and expenses and create an opportunity to improve your returns.

TAX AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS:We will provide you with a complimentary analysis of your tax returns and legal documents including wills, trusts, health care directives, power of attorneys, and life insurance policies and help you determine if your documents are outdated and if there is any room for improvements.
